Public Offer Agreement

This Public Offer Agreement (the "Agreement") is a public offer from LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY "COMMUNICATIONS AND INTERACTIONS" (the "Company"), TIN Code: 43935499, located at Ukraine, 02081, Kyiv, 7-G Zdolbunivska Street, office 1, represented by its Director, Oleksandr Mykolaiovych Lysikov, to an indefinite circle of persons (the "Client") to conclude an agreement for the provision of services on the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1.2. The acceptance of this offer is the performance by the Client of conclusive actions, which may include, but are not limited to, registering on the website https://unit117.tech/ (the "Website"), placing an order for services, or making a payment for the Company's services.

1.3. By accepting this offer, the Client confirms their full and unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Company undertakes to provide the Client with services as described on the Website, and the Client undertakes to accept and pay for these services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2.2. The specific list of services, their cost, and other significant conditions are published on the Website.

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

3.1. The Company undertakes to:

3.1.1. Provide services in a timely and high-quality manner.

3.1.2. Maintain the confidentiality of the Client's information.

3.2. The Client undertakes to:

3.2.1. Provide the Company with accurate and complete information necessary for the provision of services.

3.2.2. Pay for the Company's services in a timely manner.

3.3. The Company has the right to:

3.3.1. Unilaterally amend this Agreement by publishing the changes on the Website.

3.3.2. Suspend the provision of services in case of violation by the Client of the terms of this Agreement.

3.4. The Client has the right to:

3.4.1. Receive services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

4. Cost of Services and Payment Procedure

4.1. The cost of services is determined in accordance with the tariffs published on the Website.

4.2. Payment for services is made by the Client on the terms of 100% prepayment, unless otherwise specified on the Website.

5. Liability of the Parties

5.1. For non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

5.2. The Company is not liable for any indirect losses incurred by the Client as a result of using the services.

6. Force Majeure

6.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under this Agreement if it was the result of force majeure circumstances.

7. Term of the Agreement and Termination

7.1. This Agreement shall enter into force upon its acceptance by the Client and shall remain in force until the Parties have fulfilled their obligations.

7.2. The Agreement may be terminated by mutual agreement of the Parties or on the grounds provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. All disputes and disagreements arising between the Parties under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.

8.2. If it is impossible to resolve disputes through negotiations, they shall be resolved in court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
